Working with an artist

I am currently working with Jo who is helping me project manage an Arts Council Funded project.

As an artist I have ideas that are sometimes bigger than I realise and I had no idea how much work would be involved, and how to manage it! Jo came along at just the right time and with ease was able to see the project as a whole, identify the jobs that would need doing, including ways to streamline all the activities I was trying to keep track of.

It's great that she understands the creative way of thinking and never enforces a system but helps me find one that suits me - part on screen, part on paper.

She stays calm, which helps me stay calm, and laughs - a very upbeat solution to my project - I cannot recommend her highly enough!
