Jo’s tenacious spirit was a huge benefit to us as she delivered several major upgrades to our practice management processes. Jo was able to implement key software upgrades such as migrating us to WorkflowMax to manage HR, time sheeting and project planning. She also coordinated our finance procedures and processes and managed the link between Yelo and our accountants ensuring we were always on top of things which was a huge comfort.
